Project Dignidad was created in 1976 as a shared ecumenical ministry in San Angelo located at 313 W Avenue N that reaches those in the community who need a hand-up. It provides food, clothing, and small household items to individuals and families in emergency situations. Many different churches, individuals and civic organizations provide donations of food and/or financial resources. It is open M-F 9-1. Closed most holidays.
Calvary Lutheran supports the mission of Project Dignidad through donations, clothes, blankets, food and small household items. A box is located in the Narthex for donations of items and nonperishable food.
